Your Organisation's ESI

Senior managers are increasingly aware of the extent to which their organisation's emotional culture can assist, or frustrate, its ability to achieve goals and realise targets.

Antidote is developing a version of the ESI that will enable organisations to look at the extent to which their internal culture enhances the motivation, resourcefulness and adaptability of employees, and whether it encourages them to innovate and to take appropriate risks.

It will enable managers to :
Monitor the emotional and social culture of their organisations;

Boost creativity, flexibility, resourcefulness and overall sustainability by developing strategies designed to improve the organisation's emotional and social culture;

Measure the links between how people relate to each other and the way their organisation performs;

Compare their organisation's emotional and social culture against benchmarks set by other organisations in their sector, and more generally;

Ensure employees are motivated, capable of giving their best, and able to work with each other rather then in unproductive opposition;

Assess the likely patterns of people's responses to significant changes;

Take strategic action to deal with problems long before they seriously threaten an organisation's survival;

Find ways of bringing a diverse range of talents into the organisation while maintaining team cohesion.
