Fadhia Segulah graduated
in Computer Science from theUniversity of Manchester & was one
of the key stafff in one of the first popular Community Internet Access
organisations based in East London. She currently works with British
Telecom as a Network Engineer. How does she see the role of employment,
training and higher education in helping build local women's skills
and sustaining their employability?

Kath Moonan is a Web Designer
and is one of the first women to work in Professional Services for
an Internet Company. She will offer suggestions to employers and trainees
looking to enter the ICT field, based on over a decade of experience.
