Our OrganisationThe constituency Labour Party (CLP) is made up of 11 Branch Labour Parties (BLPs). Each one of these represents a council ward on either Ealing Council (6 branches) or Hammersmith Council (5 branches).
Our CLP is unusual in that is spans two different councils.
In 2002 both councils will have their ward boundaries changed, although the boundary between the two councils will remain the same. To reflect this the CLP is in the process of reorganising itself as 9 branches, 5 in Ealing-Acton and 4 in Hammersmith-Shepherds Bush.
We’re all volunteers and we always welcome new members with an ability to take on aspects of administrative work such as keyboarding, delivery of branch notices and newsletters, telephoning.
Please contact the branch secretary if you are able to help in any way.
Election
