Ruskin Hall is owned and run by the Trustees of Ruskin Hall for the benefit of the Labour movement of Acton.

The hall is home both to the Ealing Agency and Ealing, Acton & Shepherds Bush Labour party

In addition the hall provides facilities for Ealing North and Ealing Southall constituencies as needed.
